The full conditions of funding for Scottish Trans?

To be clear please supply me with the total amount of funding being provided per financial year to Scottish Trans since the first FY of funding and the full conditions of funding for Scottish Trans.

Please supply me with the conditions of funding, which stipulate what criteria is expected by your council for Scottish Trans service for the funding awarded to Scottish Trans achieve in real terms.

Please also advise if Scottish Trans have been rolling out training in any of your local authority Schools?

If so please state what schools have received Scottish Trans?

Please also state what professional standards and reporting is required to comply with the conditions of funding, this is to ensure the Scottish Government are provided VfM whilst not cutting back on Quality.

I refer to your information request received 5^th December 2022, our ref
FCIR: 43147. I apologise for my late response. Please find the request and
my response below.

Request: Under FOISA please supply me with Information contained in your

To be clear please supply me with the total amount of funding being
provided per financial year to Scottish Trans since the first FY of
funding and the full conditions of funding for Scottish Trans.

Fife Council does not hold the information requested. In compliance with
the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, we are required to provide
notice that the information is not held under S17 - No information held.
Fife Council only holds financial information for 2014 onwards. We have
carried out searches of our records, there has been no funding provided by
Fife Council to Scottish Trans.

2. Please supply me with the conditions of funding, which stipulate what
criteria is expected by your council for Scottish Trans service for the
funding awarded to Scottish Trans achieve in real terms.

Fife Council does not hold the information requested. In compliance with
the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, we are required to provide
notice that the information is not held under S17 - No information held.
There has been no funding provided by Fife Council to Scottish Trans.

3. Please also advise if Scottish Trans have been rolling out training in
any of your local authority Schools?

In compliance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, we are
required to provide notice that some of the information is not held under
S17 - No information held. We made enquiries with our nurseries, primary
schools, secondary schools and special schools. Most establishments have
confirmed no training has been rolled out by Scottish Trans, however some
establishments do not record this information.

4. If so please state what schools have received Scottish Trans?

In compliance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, we are
required to provide notice that the information is not held under S17 - No
information held. (See response to Q3.)

5. Please also state what professional standards and reporting is required
to comply with the conditions of funding, this is to ensure the Scottish
