Under FOISA please supply me with Information contained in your records as follows:
The full conditions of funding for Equality Network?
To be clear please supply me with the total amount of funding being provided per financial year to Equality Network since the first FY of funding and the full conditions of funding for Equality Network.
Please supply me with the conditions of funding, which stipulate what criteria is expected by your council for Equality Network service for the funding awarded to Equality Network achieve in real terms.
Please also advise if Equality Network have been rolling out training in any of your local authority Schools?
If so please state what schools have received Equality Network?
Please also state what professional standards and reporting is required to comply with the conditions of funding, this is to ensure the Scottish Government are provided VfM whilst not cutting back on Quality.

FOI Review ID 65 - Conditions of Funding for Equality Network
I refer to your original freedom of information request relating to the
Equality Network, our response and your subsequent request for a review.
Our review should have been carried out and a response issued to you by
16^th January 2023. FOI reviews are carried out by the Council’s Legal
Team and requests for reviews are processed by me as the Legal Manager.
Unfortunately, I was off for a prolonged period of time and due to a
misunderstanding of how my work was being covered, your request for a
review was not processed.
Please accept my apologies on behalf of the Council for this oversight.
The Council’s initial response was in relation to funding received from
the Equality Network rather than whether the Council had provided funding
to the Equality Network. Therefore, the Council did not provide you with
the information requested.
After further investigation, I can confirm that the Council has made no
payments or provided any funding to the Equality Network. The Council has
not commissioned the Equality Network to deliver any training at our
schools. The Council has searched information held by our Finance
Service and Children’s Services Directorate.
If you are not satisfied with the way the Council has dealt with your
Freedom of Information request you have the right to make a complaint to
the Scottish Information Commissioner.
