Please supply me with Condition Insight Reports (CIR) produced by Capita. These
are issued to all their HPs and updated regularly. They are written by charities and
representative groups to give HPs insight into the lived experience of disabled people.
I understand that Capita have CIRs covering an array of conditions.
Please provide me with every and all CIR that Capita have for every disability, impairment and illness. I understand there might be many so I am happy if you can place them into 1 PDF but you can provide individual ones if it’s easier
If you have any such similar reports the DWP PIP decision maker / case manager refer to for disabilities please include all unless it exceeds costs
