Condition Discharge Orders

The request was refused by Ministry of Justice.

Dominic Headley

Dear Ministry of Justice,

Please you provide me with statistics for the year 2015 in relation to how many people in England & Wales received a Conditional Discharge Order upon being found guilty in a court of law for a criminal offence. I would like statistics separated to show those convicted as adults (over 18)and also those under 18 when convicted.

Please could you break down these statistics to indicate:

How many people received an order of between 18 months and 2 years?
How many people recieved an order of over between 2 years and 3 years?
How many people recieved an order of 3 years?

Yours faithfully,

Dominic Headley
