Condition Assessments Frameworks:

The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 31
May 2024 asking for information about the Condition Assessments
Frameworks.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can
confirm we do hold some of the information you require.

 

TfL commenced a procurement for two single supplier frameworks for
condition inspections of its Surface Transport assets known as the
Condition Assessments Frameworks (CAF). This procurement was advertised in
the Official Journal of the European Union on 23 July 2020 (ref: 2020/S
141-348207). No tenders were submitted in response to this procurement.
Therefore, the procurement was discontinued without concluding a framework
agreement.
