Condemnation Proceedings
Dear UK Border Agency,
how many appeals against seizure (NOC) were there for the periods 2010/2011 and 2011/2012?
How many of these resulted in Condemnation Proceedings heard in court for the same periods 2010/2011 and 2011/2012?
How many of these cases were won by yourselves and how many were lost for the same periods 2010/2011 and 2011/2012?
Yours faithfully,
Steve Clark-Shepherd

Dear Information Access,
thank you for your informative reply, it is most helpful. May l ask you to clarify a point? ln the periods 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 there were many NOC's that did not reach Condemnation Proceedings in magistrates court.
How many of these NOC proceedings were dropped by the appellant and how many were dropped by the UKBA Cash Forfeiture and Condemnation Legal Team for the periods 2010/2011 and 2011/2012?
Thank you,
Yours sincerely,
Steve Clark-Shepherd
