concealment issue, solicitor de-registered David Burrows S.R.A. no 160783

k.g.s humphreys made this Freedom of Information request to Solicitors Regulation Authority

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Solicitors Regulation Authority,
I have become aware of the concealment item. which the Solicitor David Tisdall has failed to produce for me.
It is the police interview of M.Allvey 14.2.95.
David Tisdall,of Burnand, Brazier Tisdall, Solicitors, had failed to provide his papers to David Burrows, of Wannop & Fox Solicitors, despite a written request from Him.
I was later informed by the S.R.A. that David Burrows had de-registered as a Solicitor.
I have now made this Freedom of Information request because I would like to know the full reasons that David Burrows no longer registers as a Solicitor.
I believe you already have many of my papers.
I am unable to obtain a copy of the interview from Martin Allvey, I have contacted both the Metropolitan Police and Sussex Police and neither have produced a copy of Martin Allveys Police interview.

Yours faithfully,
Kevin Humphreys

When I had made both the S.R.A. and legal complaints aware that Burnand Brazier Tisdall Solicitor's had freely acknowledged in their letter dated 14.2.1995 , in response to another Solicitor request for their papers , that they were unable to produce those papers. What disciplinary actions/
Restrictions were put in place?
