What computer software are you using for Highways Maintenance Works Ordering and Inspections, how much are you paying per year, and is there a fixed length associated with your current contractual arrangements, if so when?

What computer software are you using for Street Lighting Management, how much are you paying per year, and is there a fixed length associated with your current contractual arrangements, if so when?

What computer software are you using for UKPMS, how much are you paying per year, and is there a fixed length associated with your current contractual arrangements, if so when?

What computer software are you using for Street Works, how much are you paying per year, and is there a fixed length associated with your current contractual arrangements, if so when?

What computer software are you using for Bridges/Structures, how much are you paying per year, and is there a fixed length associated with your current contractual arrangements, if so when?

Freedom of Information Request regarding Computer Software

Please accept my apologies in the delay in responding to your Freedom of
Information Request.

At Ceredigion County Council we use Mayrise for our Highways, Street
Lighting and Street Works. We are not contractually tied to the service.

For the Mayrise system we paid a total of £17,150.

If you have any complaints regarding this reply, please write to the
Assistant Chief Executive - Legal Services, Ceredigion County Council,
Penmorfa, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 OPA. If this fails to resolve the
matter to your satisfaction, you have the right to apply to the
Information Commissioner.
