We need to also take into consideration, The Computer Licencing Laws. I believe that public bodies, such as the Police pay a Licence Fee for the passing and sharing information. Thus, Non-compliance or connivance to misuse computer storage and Data, should be in breach of the Data Protection Act and the Computer Licencing Laws.

Someone just asked me "What can we do about it" ?
In my opinion, You can ask a public body for their Computer Registration Number and details, so you can then report it. You can make a subject access request to the public Body to obtain the information. It is best done by e-mail, keeping in mind to immediately forward the e-mail onto your confidants, as proof of request.

<WMP> are not thee only <police force> that are not only inept in keeping concise information collated about members of the public. Thee information used by these police forces is only used for their own agenda to destroy peoples careers and character assassination...
Lots of People are all ready talking about this request and watching for the response as it is of a concern to many of us!!
Dear Freedom of Information,
Is the intimidation and torture by the <<West Midlands Police>> specifically against Jewish Families with implications of anti-Semitism or is it everyone ?
Or do Jewish families suffer the largest part of Police cruelty ?.
Yours sincerely,
Yvonne Pears.

The requester should contact West Midlands Police via whatdotheyknow and demand an internal review.
If this request is not then promptly responded to, either supplying the information or explaining why it can't or won't be supplied, then the requester should report the non-compliance to the Information Commissioner.
This force is gaining a bad reputation for its failure to handle FOIA requests in a timely manner and needs to get its act together.
Excuses of staff shortages, reorgansation, etc. don't cut the mustard.
Dear Freedom of Information,
To the Chief Constable of the <<West Midlands Police>>, the refusals to comply with our Human Rights/Health and Safety/Insurance Law/Rights to Liberty and Freedoms, inter alia are deemed vexatious, by your Police Officers, including to your refusals on spurious grounds to comply with our Freedom of information Rights, cannot continuously be brushed under the carpet. As you are claiming that this request is vexatious, you are stating that you have unequivocal evidence that the statement is already proven to be false. Thus meaning you are calling Judges into question, which accuses them of wrong doings.
Yours sincerely,
Yvonne Pears.

There can be NO LAWFUL PROCEDURE where a Defendant is REFUSED their Defence, of their Police Taped Interview and retrospective ACPO Records are then made about them, without their knowledge or consent. This is refusing a Defendant their rights to Appeal and Argue the Police Records made and used about them. It cannot comply with any Data Compliance procedures and Protocols, including the Human Rights Acts.
