Compulsory Purchase Orders issued against residential properties in London Borough of Brent

Dear Brent Borough Council,

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information:

The details and context of all Compulsory Purchase Orders issued against residential properties within the council areas of Brent from 2016 to 2021.
Please include the date the Compulsory Purchase Order was issued, the date completed and whether the order was carried out by the council or another organisation or individual.

Please provide the information in excel format.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.

Thank you for your information request received
on 01/06/2021. Unfortunately I cannot identify the information you have
requested from the details you have provided. To enable me to respond to
your request, could you please provide further clarification.
 
 

 1. – the details and context – what specific information do you require?

 2. - the date the CPO was issued -  Is this the day the CPO was submitted
to the Secretary of State or the day the CPO was approved by the
Secretary of State ?

 

 3. – the date the CPO was completed – is this the day the General Vesting
Declaration took effect?

Also  whilst 1 Nortwhick is a live file and the information can be
provided quickly if you clarify the information being requested, 67
Woodheyes Road is an old file and it may be that the actual physical paper
file will  need to be brought back from the external storage, which will
take a while.

The 20 working day timetable for responding to your request is halted
whilst we await the further details requested. If these are not received
within 40 working days of this letter the request will be closed.

I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 2 July 2021.

If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed.
