Dear Melton Borough Council,

I'd like to know the total number of staff (current and ex), since 2010, who have;

1, been offered compromise agreements

2, the salary of those offered compromise agreements

3, salary of those who accepted these agreements

4, total amount spent on compromise agreements

5, number of those who were offered and accepted a compromise agreement who then returned to work for the council since accepting.

6, entry salary for those who returned to work for the council compared to the salary they were on when they signed the compromise agreement and the percentage of their salary the agreement comprised of.
