Comprehensive Sickness Insurance policy

Colin Yeo made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Home Office,

I request disclosure of any internal Home Office policy or policies on Comprehensive Sickness Insurance under EU law for self sufficient people or students. I encountered an apparent reference to such a policy in this different policy document on page 7: "Free movement rights: family members of British citizens" (https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...).

The internal Home Office link to the file or information is as follows:

https://horizon.fcos.gsi.gov.uk/section/...

If there is any other relevant information held on what the UK Government understands Comprehensive Sickness Insurance to mean to require I would be be grateful for release of that as well.

Yours faithfully,

Colin Yeo
