Compliance with mask wearing in Distribution Facilities
Dear Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner,
Since November 2020 mask wearing has been a legal requirement in “Distribution Facilities” I approached the HSE and they said it was a matter for Police and Local Authority. With this in mind:
What guidance on policing this law has been issued to local forces in Hampshire
For example:
Is a pro-active approach recommended or are forces advised to only act on complaints and tip offs?
Is policy for inspections to be announced?
Given these facilities are often 24 hour is there any recommendation inspections take place between 10pm and 6am
Yours faithfully,
Primrose Jones

Dear Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner,
I have received a ‘reply’ from Hampshire Constabulary that just quotes my question back at me with a link to further information which does not work. Please could you ask Hampshire Constabulary to answer my questions preferably in the body of the response and not as a link.
Yours faithfully,
Primrose Jones
Dear Ms Jones
You would need to contact [email address] to request the send the response to your FOI enquiry as full text and not a link, this is not something we can assist with as the information you require is only available from Hampshire Constabulary.
I'm sorry we cannot help any further.
Yours sincerely
