Dear Ms O'Carroll,

Re: Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

Thank you for your recent request for information. Your request has now
been considered under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and
our response is outlined below.

You asked:

Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request details of
all commercial properties within the borough were a completion notice has
been served within the past five years in order that the property may be
entered onto the Rating List.

Please provide electronic copies of all notices along with any
correspondence relating to said notices.

In accordance with Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
you are advised that East Lindsey District Council does hold information
that falls within the description specified in your request.

Please find attached a document containing a list of all commercial
properties within the borough where a completion notice has been served
within the past five years. Where the owner of that property is an
individual I am unable to provide the information you have requested, this
is personal information and therefore exempt from disclosure, under
Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please also find attached a document containing copies of all the
completion notices and associated correspondence. Again, you will see
there has been information removed from these documents as it constitutes
personal information and therefore is exempt by virtue of Section 40(2) of
the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

If you have any queries regarding this email, please contact me. Please
remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.
