Completion Notices and entry into the Rating List

Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request details of all commercial properties within the borough where a Completion Notice has been served within the past five years in order that the property may be entered into the Rating List.
Please provide electronic copies of all notices along with any correspondence relating to said notices.

within the past five years. Your request was received on 20th January
