Freedom of Information Response
#24024
Dear Richard Roberts
Further to your request, please see the following response:
We do not store completion notices in one place - in order for the Council
to find any, we would have to search through all 6000 plus accounts to
find any properties that were issued completion notices on. Compliance
with your request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12
of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The appropriate cost limit is £450
which amounts to 18 hours of officer time. A search through these accounts
would exceed 18 hours of officer time.
If you have any specific addresses you would like us to check you can send
them through and we can see how long it would take to check the properties
on our system.
The question asked was not answered for the following legal reason(s) -
• Section 12 - Cost of compliance exceeds appropriate limit
