• A copy of all Non Domestic Rates Completion Notices served in the
borough since 01/06/2023 or list of addresses showing the same
information.
The Act requires that a response be provided within a period of 20 working
days from the date hereof.

This request for information falls within the parameters of the Act but if

Further to your request, please see the following response:

We do not store completion notices in one place - in order for the Council
to find any, we would have to search through all 6000 plus accounts to
find any properties that were issued completion notices on. Compliance
with your request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12
of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The appropriate cost limit is £450
which amounts to 18 hours of officer time. A search through these accounts
would exceed 18 hours of officer time.

If you have any specific properties in mind please send over a list of
addresses and can check the individual properties for you.

The question asked was not answered for the following legal reason(s) -
