I have not had any acknowledgement of receipt of my Freedom of Information request into complaints made to yourselves. Please could you confirm receipt of my request to reassure me that this has been received?

Unfortunately, it appears that Direct Rail Services forgot to ensure that their FoI was handed over when an employee left the business. A quick search of Linkedin has shown that the person who receives FoI requests left the business last month.

DRS will be contacted on Monday for an update.
