Complaints timescale failure

Currently waiting for a response from British Broadcasting Corporation, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Having had several complaints run over the promised time limit, I would like to know how many complaints you receive per year, and how many are dealt with within the timescale laid down by your policies. Please provide data broken down by year, and by type of programme: news / entertainment / other or whatever breakdown is used in your data.
