Freedom of Information Request - Complaints Systems
I write in response to your above Freedom of Information request, received
in this office on 14^th September 2017.
Your request asked:
I would like to know the name of the complaints system used by your
authority to monitor and process non-statutory and statutory complaints.
All services except the Council’s Adults and Childrens social care
services use ‘ROO’ an in-house system developed by the Council. The Adults
and Childrens social care services use an externally developed system,
I trust that this response is satisfactory. If however you are
dissatisfied with this response you have a right to appeal to an
independent officer within Resources & Housing. They will re-examine your
request and assess whether we have adhered to the requirements of the act.

You also have a right under Section 50 of the Freedom of Information Act
