Q. I would like to make a request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

 

I would like to know the name of the complaints system used by your
authority to monitor and process non-statutory and statutory complaints.

A. Gloucester City Council currently uses a system called Focus to store
and monitor complaints.

Focus is a CRM system that the Council uses to log all complaints (this is
not a complaints system) that come in to Gloucester City Council for all
departments.
