Complaints statistics by office
Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,
Please could you provide, for the 2018-19 financial year or 2018 calendar year (whichever data set is most current), the following statistics:
1) Number of section 7 report requests made, and completed, and the increase compared to the previous FY or CY, and broken down by Cafcass office
2a) Number of complaints received and comparison to previous FY or CY, and broken down by Cafcass office
2b) Statistics for complaints relating to section 7 reports or ongoing private cases
2c) Complaint statistics, as above, broken down by complaint type (i.e. professional judgement, conduct/behaviour of staff etc.
3) Relating to the above, the complaints statistics broken down by complaints upheld and action taken/recommended by the customer service team, complaints rejected/closed with no action, and complaints furthered to the PHSO. Also broken down by Cafcass office.
4) Without naming individuals, whether multiple complaints have been made about any Cafcass officers and broken down by Cafcass office.
