I request to know the following pieces of information in relation to the Edinburgh Trams scheme;

1) Complaints since the commencement of works;

a. The total number of complaints received?

b. The number of complaints made in each month so far since the works began?

c. The subject of the complaints by category if this is logged (no need to break down by month)?

I request that the information is provided in electronic form with no preference as to the type of document (pdf, word, excel etc).

I discussed this FOI request with TIE Limited yesterday.

Although on this occasion they have taken right up to the deadline to provide the information, I have been assured that this is purely due to their work level at present and that they normally try and fulfil requests as soon as possible.
