Complaints regarding mental health

Waiting for an internal review by Leeds City Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Leeds City Council,

Dear sirs

what is the procedure for dealing with complaints that claim the council has been complicit in causing mental health issues

how many complainst in the last ten years have complained the council were complicit in causing mental health issues

how are complaints rectified

How quick must the council reply to cases of serious concern

How long does leeds city council keep documentation when the complaint contains mental health issues as a result of being party to a unlawful act?

Are checks made to make sure these complaints are highlighted and proper replies in time are sent

if a third party has breached their contract and caused a mental health issue is this grounds for terminating the contract ?

Yours faithfully,

Dear Leeds City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Leeds City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Complaints regarding mental health'.

under 42.2 and 42.4 it is clear your partners have made a material breach of your contract.we demand you act in the public interest by terminating the contract immediately.leeds city council should not have to defend behaviour that puts decent but vulnerable people at risk .i demand a internal revenue and answers as to why their contract is still live when admittance of concealing import information aka fraud has been admitted during your stage 1 response

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,
