Complaints regarding Elective Home Education
Dear Staffordshire County Council,
For each of the last 5 years please provide me with the following information:
- The number of complaints made to the Council regarding any member of the Elective Home Education team.
- Who each complaint was made against.
- The broad nature of the complaint.
- The outcome of each complaint.

We do not have any recorded complaints regarding any member of the
Elective Home Education team.

I find it deeply concerning that the Local Authority have no record of any complaints made against members of the EHE team. I have personally written letters of complaint regarding Olaf Hindmarsh. Having received responses to these letters shows they were read. Even if I am the only person to have ever taken issue with the EHE team it still begs the question why my complaints have not been recorded?
