I refer to your Freedom of Information request to which I am now in a
position to respond on behalf of South Norfolk Council. My response is
outlined below, however please note that the District Council does not
deal with complaints about parish council staff - these are handled by the
parish councils themselves as the employ staff directly, therefore the
answers to questions.
1. The number of complaints received in total about Loddon Council n/a -
we do not receive complaints about councils in general, only individual
councillors and their conduct
2. The number of complaints against staff members employed by Loddon
Council n/a - the District Council does not deal with complaints about
parish council staff - these are handled by the parish councils themselves
as they employ staff directly
3. The number of Complaints received against serving Councillors on Loddon
Council – no such formal complaints have been received
4. The total number of complaints upheld in relation to complaints against
Staff Members of Loddon Council n/a
5. The total number of complaints upheld in relation to complaints against
Councillors serving on Loddon Council – n/a
8. The total number of recommendations made to Loddon Council in response
to complaints received n/a
9 how many complaints received by serving councillors against staff
employed by Loddon Council n/a
10 How many complaints received by serving councillors against other
serving councillors - no such formal complaints have been received
11 how many complaints were upheld in relation to points 9 and 10 – n/a
