Complaints or crime reports regarding the NSC Huawei leak

We're waiting for simon gray to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),

I would like to know how many complaints, reports, calls for an investigation etc have been made regarding the alleged leak of the discussion regarding the decision to grant Huawei some involvement in the UK's 5G roll-out.

Please give me the numbers - broken down daily or weekly, whichever is easier, broken down by type of report (eg formal complaint, report of crime, etc), and category of reporter (eg private citizen, MP, minister etc) - from the date of the original press story to the date you release the numbers.

Please note I am not asking for any personally identifying information such as names of reporters or of alleged suspects, so this request should not be restricted by the Data Protection Act; if, and only if, it is deemed that the category of reporter information will breach the DPA then please provide the number without that category information.

Yours faithfully,

simon gray
