Complaints of cover up of child abuse investigations

We're waiting for Charles Brennan to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

The Home Office has asked myself to direct the questions below to both ministry of Justice and Department of Education. Please go back a year to date, further if cost restraints allow.

1. Please supply me with statistics of child abuse investigations leading to custodial sentences against the alleged paedophile where social services have led the investigation.

2. Please supply me with statistics of child abuse investigations leading to custodial sentences against the alleged paedophile where police have led the investigation.

3. Please supply me with statistics of child abuse investigations leading to the parent that reported suspected child abuse losing custody and / or access to their child and the child is given to the suspect or has unsupervised access to the suspect (i.e. alleged paedophile grandparent) where social services have led the investigation.

4. Please supply me with statistics of child abuse investigations leading to the parent that reported suspected child abuse losing custody and / or access to their child and the child is given to the suspect or has unsupervised access to the suspect (i.e. alleged paedophile grandparent) where police have led the investigation.
