Good Afternoon

Thank you for your request below, apologies for the slight delay, Wirral
Council is unable to search the CRM system by complaints made specifically
by allotment tenants or guests of allotment tenants.  However, in the
table attached please find complaints from allotment holders and their
guests that have been logged on our system that we know about in 2011-12.
Please see attachment.

Please note, if the enquiry is from a 3^rd party, (not yourself), then
these names have been redacted as in compliance with The Data Protection
Act 1998.  In terms of your request for DPA complaints, please may you
elaborate whether you are requesting details of any DPA complaints or only
those only relating to the Allotment Service? Many thanks in anticipation
of your reply.

Kind regards

Tracy O'Hare

Good Morning

Thank you for further correspondence below, I have been advised, Wirral

In addition, you have received a letter from the Department of Law, HR and
Asset management, in this respect which acknowledges the breach.  Please
let me know if you need a further copy of that letter.

Thank you for your enquiry, I hope you find this information useful.

Kind regards

Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,

Thank you for the information provided, I can only assume that as this action has never taken place before, and was done purely for malicious reasons by the site secretary of Harris Allotment Site in Prenton RD West, with council approval.

Yours sincerely,

Arthur Hurworth
