I wish to ask the following FOI

outline -[ I made a complaint via Ms. Jeanette McLoughin re Mayor Anderson using council stationary to make a personal complaint to the football association in January 2018

The complaint was acknowledged by Ms. McLoughlin - I have sent many many prompts to Ms. McLoughlin to ask why my complaint has not been processed - she told me I was not being ignored but to date, I have not received a reply]

My FOI question is: how many complaints from the public re Mayor Anderson are ignored and not process by the city solicitor/monitoring officer/Ms. McLoughlin

I require a full and transparent answer as to why the complaints are ignored and not processed.

I wish to add the following to my FOI.
via email, Ms. Loughlin city solicitor informs me an independent person will be looking at my complaint this information was only forthcoming because of me prompting.
It is now 6 months since I made my complaint re Mayor Anderson.
1. why are LCC using an independent person to address the complaint
2 who is the independent person i.e. name
3. is the independent person employed by LCC if not the company he works for.
4. is the independent person being paid to look at my complaint.

[your statement: With regard to the second element of your request, the issue has been responded to by the
City Solicitor and Officers on a number of occasions to explain the process ]

This is a non-truth -
Ms. McLoughlon City Solicitor did not respond to my initial complaint I had to chase it up for some considerable time I also contacted the call-centre 0151233000 to see if my complaint had been logged, it hadn't -
I didn't receive any information/ pamphlets as to the complaint process re an elected member, no officer has contacted me via this site or by email.

Please produce your evidence.
