Complaints handling and training for staff

The request was partially successful.

Dear The Regulator of Community Interest Companies,

In regards to staff who handle complaints against Community Interest Companies.
What training are they currently provided and can you publish the training material?
What is the process for staff to investigate and decide whether any action should be taken against a Community Interest Company once a complaint has been made?

Yours faithfully,

Abdul Hai
