Complaints Handling
Dear Welsh Government,
I am writing to kindly ask whether I could request information regarding complaints made against Welsh Government officials.
I would appreciate it if I could receive information about:
1. The number of complaints made against Welsh Government Ministers (including current and former Ministers) since 2015;
2. The number of complaints made against other Welsh Government officials (including current and former officials) since 2015;
3. If possible, the reason for the complaint referred to in questions 1 and 2;
4. How many of these complaints resulted in disciplinary action being taken, or dismissal from the role.
