what are the timelines for providing an acknowledgement, investigating the grievance and providing a response.
do you provide such guidelines in written form?
are all you staff familiar with and trained on their implementation and compliance?
over the last twelve months, on how many occasions have the timelines for complaints and grievance handling been breached?
does complying wiht such guidelines form part of your service level agreement with your contracting party at the NHS or CCG?
