Dear Mr Martin
Thank you for your email requesting information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

received by the Commission in 2010. You will see that there are 29
complaints rather than the 31 given in my reply to your previous FOI
request. The reason for the discrepancy is that the communications on the

I hope that this is helpful. If you are unhappy with this response to
your FOI request, have a complaint or wish to request a review of our FOI
decision you should write to Charity Commission Direct, PO Box 1227,
Liverpool L69 3UG or [Charity Commission request email].
Please say what it is that you are dissatisfied with as this will assist
us when we review our response. You should do this within three months of
the date of this email.
If, after this, you remain unhappy with the decision you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the
ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted our complaints
procedure. The ICO can be contacted at The Information Commissioner’s
Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF or
