terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

5) From Customer feedback, How many people are satisfied with Merseyside
Police Service?
Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within Merseyside
Police to locate information relevant to your request. I can confirm that
the information that you requested is held by Merseyside Police.
To locate the information relevant to your request, searches were conducted
in the the Information Bureau and the Professional Standards Department.
The searches located records relevant to your request.
I have today decided to:
i) Exempt parts 1, 2 and 5 of your request under Section 21 of the Freedom
Of Information Act, and;
ii) Exempt parts 3 and 4 of your request under Section 12 of the Freedom Of
Information Act
Section 21 states that information that is reasonably accessible via other
means is exempt from disclosure.
Section 12 states that information need not be disclosed if the cost of
retrieving that information exceeds £450, or 18 hours based on a cost of
£25 per hour.
This communication therefore serves as a Refusal Notice under the FOI Act.
However, some information has been provided which may be of use to you.
