I am writing to confirm that Worcester City Council has now completed its search for the 
information which you requested on 26 September 2013. 
 
The  information  you  requested  was  regarding  the  number  of  complaints  made  by 
Officers against Councillors. 
 
Response: 
How many complaints have been made against members of the Council by officers of the 
Council since the adoption by the council of its local code of conduct in accordance with 
the Localism Act 2011.   None 
 
What  percentage  of  the  total  number  of  complaints  against  members  of  the  council 
under the local code does this represent?   N/A 
 
In  what  percentage  of  complaints  originated  by  officers  were  members  found  to  have 
breached the local code and a sanction imposed?   N/A
