Complaints against members under the Localism Act 2011 local code of conduct
Dear Harrogate Borough Council,
How many complaints have been made against members of the Council by officers of the Council since the adoption by the council of its local code of conduct in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
What percentage of the total number of complaints against members of the council under the local code does this represent?
In what percentage of complaints originated by officers were members found to have breached the local code and a sanction imposed?
Yours faithfully,
Ray Tomkinson

The Council has an internal appeal system. If your complaint is about the
decision which has been made you will usually be entitled to have your
case reviewed by an officer from a department which has not been involved
in the decision previously.
If, after their decision, you are still not happy, you may appeal to-
