Dear Kerry Standen,
Thank you for your reply.
I certainly lodged a complaint by telephone with Denbighshire Environmental services in 2013 about the release of smelly smoke and soot due to noisy venting the boiler of a vintage railcar at Berwyn station in (I think!) June 2013. This was partly caused by the Railway buying the wrong sort of coal.
My follow up question will be to ask for details of the Council's policies and systems for logging environmental complaints. Please let me know if I need to file another FOI request to extract this information.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Adams
