Dear South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council,

Would you please inform me,

1 How many complaints have been lodged against Iain Malcolm since he became Leader

2 How many complaints against Mr Malcolm have been before the relevant committees and which committees ?

3 What was the outcome of each of these complaint hearings against the Leader ?

4 Did the Leader purchase his home address at 59 Simonside Hall from the Council ?

5 How much did he pay for this property and what date ?

6 Please inform me of any additional land adjacent to his home address which the Leader may have purchased, land etc value etc ?

7 Please inform me of any other land or property which has been purchased from the Council by Mr Malcolm in South Tyneside ?
