Details regarding the nature and circumstances of each incident or complaint, including but not limited to:

Steps taken by Luton Borough Council to resolve the incident or complaint.
Any outcomes or resolutions resulting from the incident or complaint.
Please can you provide a list of these complaints, from the period of 2018, along with the action & resolution taken.

I am writing to request an internal review of Luton Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Complaints About The Licensing Service'.
The response received is not satisfactory and I am requesting that the information requested is provided. If someone other than Tony Ireland could now complete this request it would be greatly appreciated.
