Initial acknowledgment received.

Lyndsey Lacey-Simone, Fylde Borough Council

Dear Mr Roberts

I refer to my earlier acknowledgement. I have now been advised that this Council does not have a specific category for recording this as such, we are unable to answer this question.

Kind regards

Dear Lyndsey Lacey-Simone,

Thank you for your prompt response to my FOI request.

Before I go directly to an internal review of this reply may I say that my similar recent FOI request to Lancashire County Council was initially answered in the same manner. My third request for an Internal Review into their statement, the first two were simply ignored, revealed the existence of the data I requested much to their embarrassment.

Would you like to double check please, maybe via the email inbox and telephone logs in the days following the earthquakes of April 1st, 2011 and over and shortly after the August, 2019 Bank Holiday Weekend?

If this is not possible or productive I will require an Internal Review to be commenced.

Yours sincerely,

peter k. roberts.

Another acknowledgment of my enquiry which this time emphasised the importance of a proper search being carried out before fobbing me off.

Dear Lyndsey Lacey-Simone,

May I draw your attention to my FOI Request above?

Your response should have been received by the weekend gone.

I know that we are all experiencing problems coping with the effects of Government action in dealing with the 'Pandemic' but life must go on as normal as possible.

Yours sincerely,

peter k. roberts.

Dear Lyndsey Lacey-Simone,

May I refer you to the relevant report on Drill or Drop from May 29th, 2020 titled 'Data reveals where people reported damage from fracking earthquake'?

The relevant section explains that out of the total 197 reports of earthquake damage reported to the British Geological Survey, abiut 70 came from residents of Lytham St Annes and 41 came from the PR4 area which includes Kirkham, Freckleton and Warton as well as the smaller villages around Cuadrilla's failed test fracking site at Preston New Road, Little Westby.

As these areas are within the Fylde Borough Council boundary, may I request that a reporting structure is put in place to officially recognise these events, feel free to include my own experiences and outcome to get started. This database will help residents of the Fylde resist any attempts by Cuadrilla or other fracking operations to obtain permission to resume their activities.

Many thanks,

Yours,

Peter K Roberts.

Dear Mr Roberts
