Complaints about broadcast by Gordon Brown 2009-06-07

On 2009-06-07, Gordon Brown addressed party members in East London which was shown live on the BBC.
On various political blogs such as http://order-order.com/2009/06/07/browns... many people have complained that this was nothing more than a party political broadcast on behalf the Labour Party.

I was one of those complaining in regard to this 'Party Political Broadcast' undertaken at public expense on behalf of a political party.
Please also can you disclose any and all letters, emails or other documents that were received by the BBC from the Labour Party, Prime Minister's office or any other government related organisation for the BBC to attend and broadcast this event.
