Dear Education and Skills Funding Agency,

Please could I request the following information?

1, the number of complaints lodged against admission appeal panels arranged by academy schools for each year since 2010.

2, the number of such complaints that were upheld or rejected.

3, the general reasons why such complaints were upheld or rejected.

4, the civil service grade and experience of the staff investigating such complaints.

5, the average amount of time taken to resolve such complaints.

6, whether or not the Education and Skills Funding Agency also investigates complaints against Academy school independent review panels that decide school exclusion cases.
