FCHO transferred from the ownership of Oldham Council in February 2011.
FCHO is a Co-operative and Community Benefit Society and is registered
with the Financial Conduct Authority as a Mutual Society. FCHO is a ‘not
for profit’ housing association and is an exempt Charity regulated and
accountable to the Regulator of Social Housing.

You have made a request for information under the Environmental
Information Regulations 2004. Please note that the said Regulations relate
to
environmental information as defined and set out at regulation 2 (1). Your
information relating to alleged complaints about fly tipping does not fall
within the definition of environmental information. As such, I am not able
