the complaint dated 05 Oct 2011, case number 2011301278 against
 Independent Living Services - ILS Renfrewshire.  Attached is a copy of
the information you are seeking.

The outstanding requirement and recommendation from the complaint have now
been met. These were followed up at the inspection which was carried out
between 9  and 16 February
