Dear Independent Police Complaints Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Independent Police Complaints Commission's handling of my FOI request 'Complaint against contractors who worked for police.'.
Thank you for your response, it is very kind of you to go an extra mile in assisting me.
I am aware of the 13th March 2014 legislation you provided
However, I have been looking everywhere for relevant guideline or policy before this date I could not not find it anywhere. I am sure IPCC should have handled complaint against contractors before March 2014. I beleive there should be something. Sine time limit six years. it should be in place until 2020.

I should have told this in the first request. I am sorry I didn't. It is my fault. Please accept my sincere apologies for that. I expected a full reply covering both period. We both missed on this point of what is before and after .

Would you kindly provide appropriate response to the amended request. I reproduce below my revised request as explained above;
Please provide the document or detail of the legislation which defines about who should investigate complaints against contractors who worked for police before 13th March 2014 and after this date?
NB:- I received your response in relation to after March 2014.
I would appreciate if you could kindly direct me to the right guide line for the period before March 2014.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

S.Santhi
