1) How many Entry Clearance Officers are based in Abu Dhabi?
2) What are the skills required to become an ECO?
3) How are these skills assessed?
4) What training is given to ECO's in Abu Dhabi?
5) Please provide training records
6) Please provide average IQ Level required to be an ECO.
7) Please confirm how are ECO's trained in Cultural Awareness.
8) What is the cost breakdown of running Abu Dhabi mission?
9) How many visa's are processed at Abu Dhabi annually?
10) What is the income from Visa Processing Fees at Abu Dhabi?
11) Is it a requirement for ECO's to be British Citizens? If no, what % of ECO's are not British Citizens?
12) How many complaints are received annually about ECO's incorrect judgement.
Finally please confirm
13) Competence is measured by Skills, Qualifications and Experience. Please confirm what are the skills, qualifications and experience required to be an ECO and how many ECO's are assessed against this criteria and how in Abu Dhabi.
