Compensation for damages by Fife Council

April McIntosh made this Freedom of Information request to Fife Council This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

Dear Fife Council,
Could you please answer my question.
Thank you.

Who do I talk to about damages to my property by Fife Council?

How do I go about claiming?

How many claims are by home owners against council tenants destruction to the home owners properties? Ie destroying Fife councils property to the point it's damage to the homeowners property.

How many have been compensated?

How long would be said to be a reasonable time scale to expect it to be fixed or to at least to receive a plan of action?

The street housing officer has been no help. What is the list of names and contact details for the people that deal with this sort of thing above them?
Lochgelly area.

Yours faithfully,
April mcintosh
