Compensation Claims against Northampton Borough Council in 2015, 2016, 2017
Dear Northampton Borough Council
I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Could you Please send to me;
A list of Successful compensation claims made by individuals and parties against the Borough Council in the financial years 2015, 2016, 2017.
The nature and type of each successful compensation claim made by individuals and parties and the financial settlement awarded to each claimant by the Council in the financial years 2015, 2016, 2017.
A list of Unsuccessful compensation claims made by individuals and parties against the Borough Council with a description of the nature of each claim and an anticipated settlement request made by the claimant in the financial years 2015, 2016, 2017
I would be most grateful if the above information could be provided to me as a paper or electronic copy.
If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.
If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.
If the release of any of this information is prohibited on the grounds of breach of confidence, I respectfully request that you supply me with copies of the confidentiality agreement as I understand that information should not be treated as confidential if such an agreement has not been signed.
I look forward to your response to my request within the 20 working days window after you have received this letter. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request.
