Dear FOI,
1
In relation to the use of capital letters / conspicuous text , would this legaly be regarded as plain language ,as sadly my solicitor can not under any conditions confirm the use of full caps on any documentation.
2
You have also stated you don’t hold information on who has finical control of the 90+ properties registered under Cambridgeshire county council named on dun&bradstreet ,, well you have stated in separate fois these are council owned buildings .

3
Please supply the names of the team responsible for the ico registered data controller oct 1224

4
In regards to Lgss that Cambridgeshire county council part owns you have stated you dont hold basic information in relation to who lgss provides credit for why is this ?

5
It is duly noted via the press i.e (Poor governance) that you don’t hold allot of basic information would this be due to thd fact you purport to act on behalf of a bankrupt government that purports to represent the people but can not legaly recognize a people only the FULL CAPS LEGAL FICTION as the legal fiction would be considered assets / property.

6
In relation to the school / dun&bradstreet we suggest you find out as this is a matter of public interest .

Its very clear the only way to get any real information would be to put a legal notice in to you i.e under full commercial liability / perjury as you a part of the TEAM behind oct1224 , what would be the best way to get this to you personally David

Yours sincerely,

michael john
